Allows our electronic signature to be “deemed Affixed” and “treated like our pen and paper signature,” like we already do in literally every other aspect of our lives; personal, professional, and yes,even throughout our governmental processes on to All of our legal documents and financial transactions!

Makes collecting pen and paper signatures out in front of grocery stores, public squares, and Walmart thing of the past!

End’s giving our voter information and signature sample to perfect strangers. Especially in public settings, which results in fraud and illegal use of our information to support petitions we didn’t even know our signatures were being forged on!

End’s sharing our desire to support a given political proposal or issue with private signature gathering companies/corporations and their hired help. We also eliminate other unintended sources having this information which puts the responsibility of keeping our information and decisions securely and solely on our elections department officials and the Secretary of State who literally already possess it. This means they will be held accountable more directly than ever before, for any misuse of our information.

Because they won’t be able to point the finger at anyone else for having it! The more hands in the cookie jar, the easier it is to blame everyone!

Eliminates having to volunteer and create huge grass roots campaigns and fundraising projects to print petitions and pay for signatures to be collected on pen and paper petitions in order to be qualified for a ballot!

Levels the playing field by allowing all voters to participate in these processes, even home bound, and military personnel who are away from home and unable to get to the public locations where paper petitions are being circulated. CA is being torn apart as we fail to resolve issues between urban communities who get to participate more and rural communities who typically get left out or marginalized. We are also torn politically between those who can afford to participate and those who can’t.

Ends the time constraints hurdles of having to sort through 40 million people trying to find the 15 to 20million who are actually registered to vote, and of those many are not even current, so their signatures do not count anyway. Electronic directly gets our petition signatures from those authorized to give them, and puts them directly into the SOS system where they can be validated securely and instantly,and we get to see a tally of our signatures happen swell. So the count happens transparently!

Makes it possible for average individual voters to present real legislative solutions to the rest of the voters who then get to vote on that solution and ifit passes it becomes law! We are still protected byt the three branches of government especially the judicial, and we are simply adding the 4th branch, by including we the people at the decision making table. We have a system of checks and balances with our branches of government and that is exactly how the initiative, referendum and recall system supports the voting system here in CA.

Gives all citizens of CA a reason to participate for the first time in our history by stopping the exclusion tactics that inherently comes with partisan politics, and clears the path for real live and let live solutions to clean up the laws which are supposed to help govern us all as opposed to serving the lifelike it currently does!

Makes protesting not necessary when we can sim- ply present our own solutions to the voting body citizens vs. being ignored by elected officials who put special interests that pay for them to be in office, first.

Allows for ALL CA citizens to not only participate the legislative solution process, but help cleanup the mess of how lopsided our laws have be-come creating a budget nightmare and allowing our taxes to be mishandled and used for purposes we never approved of!

Hacking becomes exponentially less when com- paring to our existing pen and paper system. The fact that we already use electronic signatures everywhere else also makes any opposing argument hypocritical! It is already being done and has been for decades! This is the one place they somehow forgot to apply the technology, which happens to be the one place we get to be part of the way it all works, where we get to control our elected officials, and keep special interests in check.

Allows common sense solutions to rise to the top.Solutions filled with discrimination and corruption will be more easily replaced with solutions that are-free from these life draining and unwanted additions! Giving elected officials a pay cut will be up-to the voters vs. themselves.

Splits up the concentration of political power that currently exists! The current political establishment already possesses all the political power via the media, controlling economic flow and the over-all legislative process. Giving the ability to pro- pose legislative solutions to all voters inherently splits the current concentration of power and frees CA's politically clogged arteries up so our government and laws can begin to serve us all!
